The work we’ve done on the original part of the house has involved Repair, Restoration and Renovation: repairs where needed, restoration where that thing someone did really needs to be undone, and occasional renovation to make an old building work for us. The addition (the “Outback”) on the other hand, offered us an opportunity to make something completely new, while (hopefully) integrating it harmoniously into the existing 1860’s structure.

Work on the Yards & Gardens began right away and continues to this day
The first reno project was a Laundry Room. We reclaimed a portion of the second floor and created a useful area.
Next came the Basement, Workshop & Staircase.
Work on the Side Porch Area began in 2012
